storePayload no longer bumps the endpoint's received counter; the receive controller now calls recordReceipt separately, in its own transaction, and swallows the failure. Before this, two concurrent POSTs to the same endpoint conflicted on the endpoint row and the loser's payload was rolled back with it, answering {"status":"error"} to the submitter. Statistics are worth less than the lead. Pairs with kamo-shared-library 309f6fc.
