Documents the live on-node change: data.forgejo.org is IPv6-only and k1m1 has no IPv6 route, so job containers hung ~133s and actions/checkout failed. Pin its IPv4 (188.40.16.47) via --add-host, matching /etc/forgejo-runner/config.yaml on k1m1.
