A third section under Mail, shown only to god-eligible members, opens /messages/outbound/noreply: every message EmailService handed to the relay as the platform NoReply address, newest first, with search, a Sent/Failed filter and a drawer showing the full message. The page turns away anyone who is not god-eligible. That is the courtesy, not the lock: the data comes from EmailService, which refuses any session without GD.
