AuthedChrome already owns the ONE scroll container for a page (.kamo-page-scroll, overflow:auto; height:100%), and PageWrapper exists specifically to stop a page using a viewport height 'and causing overflow issues'. Both of these pages set min-h-screen inside it, which nested a second scrollable region — and since html/body are height:100% with no overflow:hidden, the overflow also reached the document, so the screen carried TWO vertical scrollbars. Both pages were also capped at max-w-[1600px] and centred, which is the opposite of the full-width layout /network/create was asked for. Now full-bleed, and the content actually spends the width: the preview rail grows 360 -> 420 -> 520px, the app list becomes a 2- then 3-column grid on the page (single column in the widget, which is only 2-3 grid cells wide), and the type cards gain a 4th column.
