- Settings → Platform → Configuration gains an Outbound E-Mail Hosts tab, behind the platform right MANAGE_OUTBOUND_EMAIL_HOSTS: the hosts shared with every organization and the ones kept for the platform organization, with every connection setting, availability, connection checks, test sends and each host's warm-up. - Settings → Email → Bulk Email Sender is rebuilt on GET bulk-provider/overview: the rotation of the organization's own hosts and the platform's (switchable per organization), a round-robin view, the sender, a send window editor (weekdays, several time ranges, overnight ranges, its own time zone or the organization's), and a plain-language warm-up report per host. The warm-up can no longer be switched off. - /marketing/email/outbox lists every staged email — composed only when a host can take it — and cancels single emails, a selection, or everything remaining, with undo. The workspace, the pacing banner and the campaign editor link to it and read the new per-host capacity. - Shared host editor with live preflight (resolved addresses, duplicate and private-address refusals), the outbound hosts and outbox API clients, and the recipient status CANCELLED.
