SchemaCleanupRunner DDL for the new mlos.config domains (mlos.config already in @EnableJpaRepositories; Hibernate ddl-auto:update creates the tables): - one-active partial unique indexes (WHERE is_active=true AND effective_to IS NULL) on mlos_pricing_policy / mlos_capital_policy / mlos_servicing_policy (lender_profile_id) + mlos_product_enablement (lender_profile_id, program_id) — Hibernate can't emit WHERE indexes. - ServicingPolicy immutable invariants: CHECK scra_enforced=true + fdcpa_enforced=true (=-CHECKs, survive the enum-whitelist sweep).
