2 GB per seat on Free, 4 on Starter, 5 on Business. Enterprise stops scaling with seats entirely - a flat 150 GB for the organization - which "N GB per seat" cannot express, so that row carries a prose override the buying surfaces now prefer over the number. Feature unit is GB/seat. The billing unit is a seat throughout; headcounts stay users, being people rather than units.
