Call recordings, voicemail audio and transcripts were audited into the log stream, which keeps 14 days against a six-year §164.528 obligation and cannot be queried by resource — so "who listened to this call" stayed unanswerable even while it was being recorded. Wiring JpaPhiAccessLogWriter as the writer bean displaces the Slf4j fallback that PhiAccessRecorder resolves through ObjectProvider.getIfUnique, so CallRecordingAuditor's existing call sites are unchanged. The @EnableJpaRepositories entry ships in this same commit by necessity: the bean needs PhiAccessLogRepository, and the explicit scan list is the only thing that creates it. Declaring one without the other fails context startup.
