- MlosPricedProductResult gains par_flag (Boolean, default false): the §8.1-step-5 par cell of the row's lock-period ladder, frozen at insert (run-of-record persistence of the response-only par flag). - OrchestrationStepStatus gains STALE: a BLOCKED step whose compliance SLA timer breached + escalated (set by the DaemonService compliance-timer escalation consumer; doc 03 §2.8). Both additive; ddl-auto:update adds the column and the generic enum-CHECK sweep admits STALE on the next KamoInitializer run.
