Extracts the doc-manager upload pipeline (hashing → dedup check → register-or-upload → WebSocket-driven conversion) into a reusable useImagingUploads hook. The hook owns the per-file state machine, XHR progress, and the live conversion-progress WebSocket subscription that the Uploads tab uses. Photo-album dialog rewritten to consume the hook: - Files queue automatically and process one at a time. - Each in-flight file shows its current stage label (Hashing → Checking → Uploading → Converting → Complete) with a LinearProgress, a check / error / spinner icon, and a Retry button after failure. - The dialog now displays the actual server error message (e.g. "Failed to upload to MinIO") instead of swallowing it, and a Save is blocked while uploads are still in flight. - Successfully uploaded files automatically attach to the album as items.
