The /pipeline namespace has no routes in this app — every link going to /pipeline/applications/{x}, /pipeline/orders/{x}, /pipeline/engagements/{x}, /pipeline/service/{x}, /pipeline/agreements/{x}, /pipeline/bookings/{x}, /pipeline/procurement/{x}, /pipeline/commitments/{x}, etc. 404'd. They were left over from before commit abffdbd9 renamed Pipeline → Commerce. Fixed across the whole pipeline component tree plus AccountViewClient and the commerce/* new-flow redirects. Mortgage clicks now route to /applications/{uid} (the URLA-fidelity detail page), not /commerce/applications/{uid} (which uses the deprecated posApi path). PipelineApplicationsTab also no longer fabricates mock applications with synthetic 1000-series uids when the API returns empty — it pulls real data via mortgageAppsApi.list() so clicks land on actual AppMortgages. "New application" in QuickActionsBar now points at /applications, the URLA entry point.
