Pure ratio core completing the DTI trio with LiabilityReconciler + the income core: PITIA = P&I + taxes + HOI + HOA + MI + flood; front = PITIA / income; back = (PITIA + debt) / income, as percentages. Zero income → undefined (not divide-by-zero). This is the deterministic derivation that must become the AUS 'dti' fact's sole producer. No schema, no wiring.
