system-config GET/PUT now carries extractionAutoApplyConfidence + extractionModelId and reports the platform-wide corpus size + per-doc-type accuracy; adds a cross-org NDJSON training-corpus export (top-level owners). Extraction reads the configured threshold from SystemConfiguration (fallback 0.85) instead of a constant.
