Completes Zoom's one-click connect path. The backend already resolves PlatformOAuthProviderType.ZOOM, but with no card here a platform operator had nowhere to enter the Marketplace credentials, so the meeting Provider Setup screen always reported one-click connect as unregistered. Optional by design: the per-org Server-to-Server path needs nothing here and remains the recommended default, so an empty card simply keeps one-click hidden. Teams meetings reuse the existing Microsoft 365 registration.
