The ingestion panel could only publish a rate sheet. For an LLPA_MATRIX source document it now shows a "Promote as LLPA adjustments" card: pick the existing rate-sheet version the LLPAs adjust (+ an optional group), and each approved FICO/LTV bucket becomes a conditional price adjustment. The result names how many were authored and, honestly, how many rows were skipped because a bucket couldn't be read safely or was already present. ingestionApi.promoteAdjustments posts to the new gateway relay.
