Properly enable Sub Status dropdown and remove filter icons

- Fix Sub Status dropdown to be enabled when Status filter is selected (removed options.length check from disabled condition) - Add menuTabs: [] to Lead ID, Contact, Status, Sub Status, and Address columns to completely remove filter menu icons - Keep suppressHeaderMenuButton: true for additional suppression
