Marketing tracking codes credit a partner for the signups, organizations and paid accounts their link produced, and those three moments happen in services that do not own the tracking tables: SecurityService publishes marketing.visitor.signup and marketing.visitor.org-created, BillingService publishes marketing.visitor.paid, and MediaService consumes all three. Nothing creates this stream application-side — the producers only publish — so it has to exist here before they deploy, or the first conversions are published into nothing and the counters silently stay at zero. R1 like every other stream on this single-node server.
