Adds POST **************** proxied to MediaService alongside its createSupportSession sibling. Without this the handoff feature was dead on arrival: MediaService's endpoint hard-requires X-Internal-Auth, X-Public-Chat-Org-Id and X-Public-Chat-Key-Hash, which only this gateway injects, so the widget's POST 404'd here and never reached it. Carries the same conditional *** guard as createSupportSession. Handoff runs the full session-creation path, so proxying it bare would have left a ticket-creating route that bypasses the proof-of-work its sibling enforces.
