Clears what the old company-address rule wrote before it read org_domains. Live production was purged by hand at the time (126 rows, 6 leads, one org); this exists so every other environment, and any org that accrued the same rows before the fix deployed, is cleaned without anyone having to remember. Deletes only, matched on the org apex with a dot boundary, so a genuine customer conversation cannot be caught and re-running is a no-op.
