I1: view()/testConnection() now read via the shared-lib's active-filtered finder so a soft-deleted (market,provider) connection reads as "not configured" instead of the stale row. upsert() still locates ANY row (including a soft-deleted one) via the unfiltered finder — the DB's (market_id,provider) unique constraint means inserting a fresh row would otherwise 500 — and now reactivates it (recordState.isActive=true) when reused. delete() now also sets enabled=false so the Phase-8 poller's findByEnabledTrue() stops draining a deleted connection. M2: testConnection()'s catch no longer echoes the raw exception message to the client; it logs the full exception server-side and returns a fixed "Connection test failed" message.
