- Keep NATS subscription alive on client unsubscribe to avoid breaking agent real-time delivery - Tag visitor messages with messageType=VISITOR_MESSAGE in getMessages() for correct left/right rendering - Inject SupportNotificationService and notify agent on new public chat session creation - Broadcast NAME_CHANGED system event to chat.session.{guid} when visitor updates display name
