PRIMARY_AGENT_MEMBER_ID is who holds the opportunity now; REQUESTED_BY_MEMBER_ID is left untouched forever. Nullable with no backfill on purpose — null means "never reassigned", and copying the requester into existing rows would destroy that distinction on every reservation that predates the column. Applied against production on 2026-08-04; column and index verified present.
