The image build clones kamo-translation-dictionary and copies it over messages/, then fails if a component names a key those messages do not define. 533bbeb4 was pushed BEFORE the dictionary commit carrying home.expression.*, so that build saw a component asking for 24 keys that did not exist yet and refused the image — which is exactly its job. Nothing is wrong with the code. The dictionary now has them (72d77fa9), and running the guard here against a fresh clone of the dictionary is clean. The rule the guard's own error states, and which this violated: push the dictionary FIRST, then the repo that reads it.
