Picks up the intake-pool fix: LeadService.createLead now flags unowned leads with requiresAssignment so imported leads are counted by countAssignablePool and can be accepted. shared-lib has no CI of its own — each service resolves it from source at build time, so this rebuild is what carries the fix to prod.
