The running image predates the enum value, so reading the two seeded PBX catalog rows (pricing_model = 'PER_EXTENSION') throws on enum parse - and because SubscriptionService.getCatalog loads every active add-on for the org in one query, that takes the WHOLE catalog down with it: the public pricing page and the in-app subscription order wizard both read it. Shared-lib reaches a service only at image build time, so nothing but a rebuild fixes this. No source change is needed; CI clones shared-lib fresh.
