Picks up kamo-shared-library f848f394. A chat attachment whose upload failed left an ImgDat row that later uploads of the same file deduplicated against, so the message delivered instantly and pointed at an object that was never written — every read of it 500'd with "Object does not exist". Nothing in this service changed; CI clones the library at HEAD, so it needs a build to carry the fix.
