e67f59b renamed previewBanner.nowLive -> previewBanner.headline and was pushed before the matching kamo-translation-dictionary commit (f4627d31). The build step clones the dictionary unpinned at run time, so that run got the dictionary as it stood one commit earlier, and check-i18n-keys correctly failed the build: the key the component asks for did not exist in English yet. Nothing to fix in the code — this is a push-ordering mistake, and the guard is what caught it before it could ship a literal "previewBanner.headline" onto the banner. The dictionary now carries the key on main, so this empty commit just re-runs the same tree against it. For next time: the dictionary goes first. An app commit that references a new key is only buildable once the key exists on the dictionary's default branch.
