Picks up kamo-shared-library 011a73e — GeoLookupService's findByIpInRange now LIMIT-1-bounded instead of scanning to exhaustion on gap/high IPs (measured 5-13s on prod-scale data; support-ticket + public-chat geo snapshots ride it).
