The campaign recipient grid read name, sourceType and errorMessage from rows that only carried email, status, sentAt and lastError, so three of its five columns were always blank. Rows are now mapped as they arrive, taking errorMessage and falling back to lastError, which the backend still sends. The status column names each status (Queued, Sending, Sent, Failed, Bounced, Suppressed) in its own colour, instead of printing the raw enum in the same grey chip for all of them.
