A member opening a shell on desktop-1 now has an event type of its own. That machine holds a cluster-admin kubeconfig and its accounts have passwordless package management, which is root-equivalent — "who had a shell there, from which address, and when" has to be answerable from the same Access Log that already answers it for logins. Safe to append: system_access_logs carries no CHECK constraint (verified in production today) and event_type is varchar(30). Contrast PhiResourceType, whose Hibernate-emitted value whitelist ddl-auto: update will never widen.
