getUnprocessedPayloads() returned every unprocessed payload, and this job holds each one's raw and flattened text for its whole run — so its memory was a function of how far behind it had fallen, which is exactly when it can least afford it. The farm import put 14,520 payloads in that table. The bound lives in kamo-shared-library (oldest 500 per tick); this records it next to the @DisallowConcurrentExecution note, since the two together are what make the job safe in both memory and duplication. Also rebuilds this service against the shared-lib change, which it otherwise would not pick up.
