Redesign webinar settings from dialog-based to sub-page navigation

Replaces popup dialogs and separate accordion sections with a two-level inline navigation flow: - Level 1: clean webinar types table with click-to-navigate - Level 2: type detail sub-page with tabbed interface (Details, Presenters, Reminders, Availability Slots) All forms are inline — no more modal popups. Slots are managed per-type on the detail sub-page instead of as a separate section. Framer Motion transitions between views.
