Generators now write tiles directly to the serving drive, so the worldgen pipeline no longer has a publish/push stage. - worldgenNats.ts + universe/types.ts: drop 'push' from WorldgenStageId, WORLDGEN_STAGES and STAGE_ORDER (pipeline = **************** - components.tsx: remove the push STAGE_META entry + unused CloudUploadIcon. - services/[stage]/start: accept 'all' as a command target so "Run All" works (it expands to prep->hydro->flora->transport on the agent) instead of 400ing.
