The mortgage application pipeline is one vertical of the commerce system, not a top-level nav. Loan officers, processors, and underwriters reach it via Commerce → Applications on the /commerce page, which already routes through PipelineView's applications tab. The standalone icon implied a parallel feature, which conflicts with the commerce-vertical architecture and is the sort of double-entry users complain about. Removed the NavItemWithPanel block + the now-unused AssignmentIcon import.
