Render the shared pane, and widen to 550

NavTopPanel's Chats tab now renders ConversationsPane instead of the old ChatsList, keeping its own search field and passing **************** so members keep their saved tab. The slide panel widens to CONVERSATIONS_PANE_WIDTH (550), and ToolWindowsContext's dock reservation reads the same constant instead of its own hardcoded 500, so the two can never drift apart again. ChatsList.tsx is deleted; every doc comment elsewhere that referenced it by name is reworded so nothing in app/ still names a file that no longer exists.
