- Remove all floatingFilterComponent references from columnDefs - Set floatingFilter: false on all columns - Create custom filter row above grid with full control - Add state management for all filter values (leadId, contact, status, subStatus, vendor, product, source, agent, address) - Apply filters manually using AG Grid's setFilterModel API - Status filter syncs with activeStatusTab - Sub Status filter dynamically updates based on selected Status - Use getStatusIcon helper function for status icons in filter dropdown - This gives us complete control and prevents filter reset issues
