Coqui VCTK model has no named speakers — replace with Piper TTS which has the exact norman[medium] voice. Piper binary (~3 MB) and model (~60 MB) are downloaded by an init container on first run and cached at /var/lib/piper/{bin,models} on k1m1. AGI script stored as ConfigMap key (fixes YAML parse error from heredoc), mounted into FreePBX pod at /startup/coqui_tts.agi and copied to agi-bin on boot. say.conf written via printf loop (avoids zero-indent heredoc issue). Service name kept as coqui-tts so AGI TTS_URL needs no change.
