Replace scroll-spy nav with main site links on homepage desktop and mobile

The homepage Navigation component was showing ScrollSpyNav jump-to-section links (Home, Features, Demo, Show Me, Cases, ROI, etc.) on desktop instead of the main site navigation. Replaced with proper site links (Home, Features, Pricing, About, Blog, Contact) matching SharedNavigation's structure on both desktop and mobile. Removed unused ScrollSpyNav import, navItems, and getNavHref. The scroll-spy sub-navigation remains as a separate JumpToBar component on the homepage content.
