Introduce EntitlementRootResolver: the nearest market-owning ancestor-or-self of an org (its product root), falling back to the platform top-level. This decouples *what product you're entitled to* (market/plan owner) from *who pays* (billing account) and from the single top-level org, so a white-label product org like sign.pink that owns its own market becomes its own entitlement root. **************** now sources the Free baseline from the org's product root (not findFirstByIsTopLevelTrue), and resolves plans by the product/market org rather than the billing-account org. Backwards compatible: KamoCRM is currently the only market owner, so every existing org resolves to it exactly as before — behaviour only diverges once a sub-tree owns its own market. Additive; no version bump.
