Resolve remaining Long/UUID type mismatches in services and DTOs

Fixes compilation errors in CommerceService, OrganizationService, ExternalAuthProviderService, Img*Service, Lead*Service, LeadVendorService, ImageService, and all POS DTOs. Jackson ObjectNode.put() calls now use .toString() for UUID values.
