Header/footer logos in system emails (welcome/verification) were built as **************** — an apex path that only exists on the Kamo marketing site, so for customer orgs (e.g. optionone.com) both images 404 and the email renders logo-less. Add resolveLogoUrls() (used by both the send and preview paths so they can't drift) that points at the real per-org theme location: **************** (full/header) and /img/logo.svg (simple/footer), which OrgThemeProvisionService seeds for every org.
