WopiController.checkFileInfo is called repeatedly through an editing session — on open, around locks, after every save — so a conflict on its organization lookup does not fail one request, it interrupts an edit in progress. Docs surfaces that as a file that will not open. **************** is the pending-count poll behind the legal badge; it is @Transactional(readOnly) already, which is exactly the shape this annotation is designed for. Both were confirmed origins in eight hours of pod logs, not guesses.
