patchLoanFile's borrower submit (DRAFT->APPLICATION_TAKEN) now calls **************** instead of a raw updateLoanFile status set, so the submit produces the hash-chained pipeline milestone, the ApplicationSubmission (INITIAL_DISCLOSURE), and the afterCommit STATUS_CHANGE event (webhook worker + real-time board) — previously the submit emitted none of these. The doc-checklist generate + borrower nudge still fire after. Injects LoanPipelineService. A plain loan-file metadata edit (no status change) still goes through updateLoanFile.
