Completes the doc-06 rule-entity inventory: the per-loan point-in-time snapshot of the active rule/policy version set (determinism — an in-flight loan never silently gains/ drops requirements when a tenant edits rules). RuleVersionPin (header: loanFileUid/org/ stageKey) + RuleVersionPinEntry (normalized frozen version refs, entryKind RULE/RULE_SET/ FRESHNESS_POLICY + versionId). Both total-block WORM (DecisionInput idiom). DocumentRequirement. ruleVersionPinId (shipped Slice 1) now has its target. Faithful mirror — no review workflow.
