Keying materials on the org-id string was fragile: the id loses precision through a JS number on the write path and resolves inconsistently across proxy→APIService→DocsService, so writes stored one value and reads queried another → empty lists. Materials are already org-scoped by the session token, so send an EMPTY assocObjectId: the imaging list skips that filter and returns the org's materials, and folder create/list agree. Existing MATERIALS folders migrated to empty assoc_object_id to match.
