The My Docs DocManager never passes an assocObjectId prop, so it always resolves and queries (3, ''). BACKFILL_EMPTY_SQL was scoping empty binders to (3, memberId) instead, making them permanently unreachable in the UI. Adds a narrow repair statement that converges any binder already mis-scoped to (3, memberId) — including ones backfilled from a MY_DOCS DOC item, since those imgs also carry assoc_object_id = memberId — down to (3, ''), without touching legitimately object-scoped MY_DOCS binders (e.g. a pipeline record's assocObjectId, which is never equal to the binder's own owner_member_id).
