The app DB is the source of truth for which mailboxes should exist; KamoMail accounts live in the mail server's virtual_users. If the mail DB loses data, mailboxes go missing on the provider while app records remain. - MailboxSelfHealService: on startup + daily, re-provision any KAMO_MAIL app mailbox missing from virtual_users (fresh random app-managed password). - syncMailboxes (the settings "Sync" action) now also pushes app->provider for any missing mailbox, not just import provider->app.
