Send avatar UUID strings to member PUT, not parseInt

Avatar IDs are UUIDs; parseInt produced NaN or truncated values so member avatar updates were skipped or wrong after refresh. Use string IDs for upload, Avatar Creator, membership tab save, and account tab selection.
