Pairs with the template fix in kamo-shared-library. Per-org template rows are insert-only, so the rows seeded before the markup change still wrap this variable in a <p> — and sending a <p> into it produced a paragraph nested in a paragraph, which strict mail sanitizers drop rather than repair. The template owns the markup and the variable carries text, matching every other transactional template here. That contract is the only one that survives a stored row and the canonical resource disagreeing, which per-org insert-only seeding guarantees will happen again.
