Replaces the client-local (localStorage) remembering of the external-image choice with a durable per-member record. New RemoteImageConsentService (fail-soft reads so message fetch still works before the table exists) + POST /api/email/remote-image-consent to record consent. The full-message DTO now carries remoteImagesAllowed (looked up by member + Message-ID), populated in the single-message, thread, and shared-mailbox fetch paths so the client seeds its gate from the server.
